I should confirm the status of the jar lids which have changed somewhat and become possibly confusing!! Originally I was to have extra silver lids sent to me to swap with the clear ones of the 1st order, and return the clear ones to you.
After a few different ideas in the interim, I decided to have no extra lids sent to me as I was going to jiggle around the ones of the 1st & 2nd orders. I thus have no lids to return, and a perfect mix of clear for the testers, and silver for the stock. I will wait until the jar lids are pad stamped before placing further orders to ensure that there is no substitution required.

The parcel arrived an hour ago - many thanks for this!! The lids en mass look great & I'm very happy with the samples.
The samples are perfect re colour, coverage etc for what we wanted for the lipstick -hooray! The 1st samples you sent me of these colours were slippery and with the right shimmer level for the glosses.
I see there is a marked difference with sample 4 this time, being a much lighter & more toned down pink. We prefer it to the original so please use it!

I absolutely loved every item I tried so far! The eyeliner is wow. I did like the mascara.
You sent me so many samples of powders. All I tried I was so amazed with. What kind of customizing can I do with you however? I absolutely love ES34 (not sure which shade it is - name), ES14M (not sure if it’s an eye shadow or face powder corrector), ES35 and MF08. I lOVED MF08. I want to begin buying bulk. I have to introduce things a little at a time. April is a slower month for us in the entire year. Thankfully it’s almost over. I really would like to see a swatch of each liner you have so I could decide which colors I'd like to start with there. But back to the customizing thing. Can I take a color like the ES34 and make it mica free? Then I'd have something for everyone? Is it possible to make it titanium free as well? Maybe that’s too much change. I love the color. The same as the ES35 and ES14M. In fact, it would be nice to have the original plus a mica free version of all I go with. Can you let me know? I'll begin making my order then after I hear back from you.
Oh, do you take CC, PayPal? And what are the time lines from when I put the order in to having the product delivered? I can't remember if you had the bulk prices on the site. I'll need to check on that too.

wow, what a thrill that was, I needed some positive news. It has really been an uphill battle over the last few months.
