We can help you with Custom Formulations in two ways.
Exclusive Product Formulation - Our Cosmetic Formulators can create a product or a shade exclusive to your Business*.
From product concept and formulation to final distribution, RJ Mineral Cosmetics offers the expertise and product development for a wide range of all-natural Cosmetics.
For those Clients who wish to have products designed for their companies’ private use we offer the following:
· Complete procurement of raw materials.
· Advice on packaging and assistance with packaging purchase.
· Manufacturing and filling of the products.
· Product formulation and testing in state-of-the-art laboratories.
· Quality Assurance and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliant products.
Research & Development is the cornerstone of the RJ Mineral Cosmetics business; we work closely with each individual customer to insure that new products meet design criteria.
After quality check, the product is released for filling and then microbial test procedures are performed if required on the finished products as well as cleaning and sanitization procedures for RJ Mineral Cosmetics filling equipment.
During filling, samples are again taken and evaluated to insure the product meets proper fill and label weight, and overall product quality including, odour and appearance.
The finished product is packed into shipping containers, stacked, counted, and packaged, then transferred to the distribution to await shipment.
Customer Service is key at RJ Mineral Cosmetics; we will keep you informed of our progress with the following:
· Each customer is assigned a dedicated customer service representative.
· Your representative will track and report the progress and status of each order.
We work with your business every step of the way.
*Exclusive product formulation - this procedure has minimum purchases requirements so please contact us to discuss your requirements further or you can email your requirements to enquiries@rjmineralcosmetics.com.au and we can get back to you with a quotation and minimums.
Standard Product Formulation –
The other way we can help you is if you are looking to swap over to you own RJ Mineral Cosmetics brand but simply cannot lose some of your bestsellers, you can send over an example of the products you need and we can look at reformulating them the RJ Mineral Cosmetics way, using all natural ingredients!
If you are happy to have these shades added to the stock shades of RJ Mineral Cosmetics there may be no additional costs involved!

We are very proud of the fact that our products are created by RJ Mineral Cosmetics from an idea of conception through to the final perfect product.
